In the peaceful reaches of North Devon I have found abandoned boats, hidden churches and snow capped lanes.  These and other local scenes have inspired my paintings for the past six years.

Working in oil on canvas or oil on panel my paintings are becoming more expressive and intuitive.

Many artists from the past and present inspire me, favourites include Millet and Daubigny.
